Dear White,

You asked about my health, my legs and feet are about the same with hampered balance, etc. Since I cannot feel the brake or accelerator in a car public trans is a must or I’m dependent on someone else to drive me places. Living in NYC is perfect for me since there’s such good public transportation. Plus I’m really hooked on the bialys and matzo balls here. There’s a deli near us here where the matzo balls are so good they almost make you faint. I love this town and think you guys should come here and live near us. You would also be closer to John. Of course Jeri loves the place since she’s such a Broadway, museum, shopping and restaurant junkie. She also has been known to hang out in thrift shops and hardware stores.

Speaking of John …sure hope his job is working out OK.

It’s gratifying to me that you continue to want me as your Mentor. Of course it all began back in Wheaton where you sought my advice on most things except possibly girl-friends, relationships in general, studies, religion, finances, music, athletics, diet, global matters and vacations.
