SENIOR MOMENT WITH KATE BURTON

Recently while shopping for groceries at Morton Williams, I was bumping around in the same aisle as the actress Kate Burton. She asked me to reach up and get something for her which was on a high shelf. She was very friendly and we chatted for a moment on something forgettable, a nice exchange. She said goodbye and went her way. The very moment she went her way, my too large sweat pants dropped to the floor. The Asst. Manager who was a few feet away and straightening some cans looked at me and chuckled saying: “Do I need to call the police?” We both laughed.  

I thank God that my pants didn’t drop while chatting with Kate.
